1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing our installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided via our website or after an initial site survey are preliminary. Final pricing is determined only after the completion of CAD mapping and full engineering review.

3. Installation and Warranties

All hardware installed by UrbanMisting, including 1000 PSI pumps, stainless steel tubing, and smart controllers, is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is voided if the system is tampered with by unauthorized third-party technicians.

4. Limitation of Liability

UrbanMisting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our smart apps or installed hardware, including but not limited to, water damage caused by failure to perform recommended winterization maintenance.
